JPMS Pro Rewards is a free program allows members to earn points for: 

  • Each purchase of JPMS products across all brands 
  • Referrals 
  • Completing select virtual education* 

*Education Points can only be redeemed for virtual and in-person learning experiences. Education Points do not apply to the Chain level.

New to JPMS Pro Rewards? Follow these simple steps to confirm your membership and book an in-salon class: 

1.    Log in to your Pro Rewards Dashboard.

2.    Navigate to the Education category. 

3.    Select Class (Hair Color, Styling + Natural Hair, Haircutting or Barbering + Grooming). 

4.    Select Class Type (In Salon or Virtual). 

5.    Select Class Level (Essentials, Advanced and Creative).

6.    Select Educator Type (Educator or Artistic Director). *Artistic Directors are only available for Creative Level Workshops and are subject to availability. 

7.    Confirm and complete the purchase transaction. 

8.    Once your transaction is complete, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. 

9.    Once the Educator is confirmed, they will contact you to secure the date/time and provide class details.

10.    You will receive confirmation with all class details.

*Education Points do not apply to the Chain level. 

Salon owners, managers, stylists, barbers and independent stylists in the USA and Canada are eligible to join the JPMS Pro Rewards program. Salon or barbershop groups with multiple locations have a unique tier level. Contact your JPMS Sales Representative or [email protected] for more information.


Navigation

We'll walk you through how to navigate the homepage, content library, engaging with your dashboard, and more! Once you’re logged into the eLearning Platform, follow these simple steps for more resources:  

Click on CONTENT LIBRARY at the top navigation menu.  

Scroll down to the Navigation Tutorials category and select the video that you would like to watch.

Please watch the How to Navigate the Pro Site navigation video for detailed instructions on how to access the eLearning Platform from the Paul Mitchell website.  

Please note that after you log in to your PM Pro account follow these steps: 

  1. Click on EDUCATION at the top navigation menu  
  2. Select eLearning Platform


IMPORTANT: Please be advised that your PM Pro account email and password needs to match with your JPMS eLearning platform account to ensure single sign-on works properly.  

If you have any login troubles with the PM Pro site specifically, please contact [email protected].  

If you received an 404 error message, please contact [email protected] and provide the following information and our support team will further investigate and response within 48 hours. 

  • Your full name and email account 
  • Provide a FULL screenshot with error message 
  • Course name (if applicable) 
  • Internet browser you are using. 
  • Device you are using. For example (iphone, android phone, PC desktop...) 

Our platform is compatible with computers, tablets, and smartphones, though please note that some content might appear differently based on your device. 

We recommend using Google Chrome for accessing all JPMS eLearning content as it is more compatible than other internet browsers.

Please refrain from manually changing your email address and password within the JPMS eLearning Platform, if possible. The Paul Mitchell Pro site sign-in is linked to the eLearning Platform sign-in for single sign-on, so it is important to ensure both your emails and passwords match for these websites to prevent any login issues.

eLearning Content

Please note that all content under the CONTENT LIBRARY tab is organized by category and is visible to all users. If you are trying to locate a course that you are enrolled in, please navigate to MY DASHBOARD to find specific content that is assigned to you. You can utilize the search bar at the top of both sections to help narrow down your search.  

For any questions regarding Paul Mitchell brand products (i.e. Is the Tea Tree Shampoo bar biodegradable?), please contact [email protected] or take the brand product knowledge course under CONTENT LIBRARY.

Certificates of completion are only applicable to a select few courses and can be located within the course itself. When you access a course such as the Tea Tree Scalp Expert course, the certificate of completion is offered at the last section of the course. At that point, you can type in your name, download, and print your personalized certificate of completion. Please note that not all courses offer a certificate of completion.  

The eLearning Platform has a variety of courses available including product knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, business and visual merchandising to choose from. You can find all courses under CONTENT LIBRARY and search by category.

If you are enrolled in a community, you can them listed under MY DASHBOARD and “My Community” at the bottom of the page. A community is a discussion forum where members can connect, collaborate, and share knowledge related to online learning.
